Obsessed with it here. It was SOOO nice. I came here for my birthday and every part of it was So special. They even gave me a tiny birthday treat when I checked in! The breakfast is a small extra charge but was the most amazing hotel spread I’ve ever seen. Plain stuff but SO much variety in options. They even had gluten free options for stuff. Great room with very heavy curtains so we never heard anything from outside. I also never heard anyone in their rooms, only in the hallways which are very short and have a door at the end so it keeps the noise down significantly. I highly recommend it here. It was so cute and comfortable and I loved my time here.

Lovely Inn right in the heart of Newport. Right next to an Irish Pub and a cobblestone street full of shops. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean! Despite the quaint vibe of the furnishings, the bathrooms were very modern and beds were very cozy. We wished we could stay longer. They had tea and snacks in the dining room in the afternoon and a lovely breakfast spread in the morning.

Our stay at this inn was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The entire property was spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail in every corner — you can truly feel the care and pride they take in maintaining the place. The breakfast was wonderful — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Throughout the day, they also offered coffee, tea, nuts, sweets, and fresh fruits, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch. It made us feel welcomed and at home at all times. A special thank you to Ekaterina at the front desk, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She took the time to recommend places to visit and suggested excellent restaurants — all of her recommendations were perfect! Her warmth and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is simply amazing — convenient, beautiful, and ideal for exploring the area. We recommend this place 100% and would gladly stay here again. Truly a fantastic experience!

Wonderful hotel in the center of the shopping and dining area of Newport. Someone did a wonderful job updating our 2 bedroom unit as far as HVAC, electric, furniture, kitchen and bath. The beds were very comfortable and there was no shortage of pillows. The unit was incredibly clean and well maintained. The (only) TV in the primary had many viewing options, including casting, which was a nice surprise. I would not describe this unit as spacious by any means, but I understand this is a very old building. The second "bedroom" was off the primary bedroom so anyone staying in that bedroom had to go in, and more importantly, OUT into the primary bedroom, so privacy was an issue. The bed took up 80% of the second bedroom and there was no TV, pictures on the wall, closet, or any other furniture other than a cuck chair. I would not recommend 2 adults using the second bedroom. Parking is across the street in a public parking lot and was completely free from 11/1 to 4/1. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. There was so much to choose from, like muffins, waffles, breads, cheeses, cured meats, cereals, eggs, bacon, sausage, as well as coffee and juice. The dining area reminded me of a formal parlor with the high ceilings, detailed molding, french doors and fireplace. Overall, we had a wonderful off-season weekend getaway and we would stay here again. I would recommend a fire plan and an interior deadbolt be added.

Adorable Inn with surprising nice touches! Evening snacks with tea and coffee and a nice breakfast selection to start the day. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. It is a older historic building so noise from the street is expected. Overall, the location can't be beat! We will return.

Clean and well maintained rooms, friendly service and great breakfast. Quaint and charming hotel. Only downside is no lift, so carry your bags up several flights of stairs. Also wood floors so a bit of squeaky floor boards and noise from rooms above. Still loved our stay.

We are just checking out after spending multiple nights here. What a charming hotel. The staff are wonderful and very accommodating. Our room was spacious, well-decorated and the shower was to die for. Breakfast is complimentary and it is a feast. We’ve been on the road for 2 weeks and haven’t seen anything to compare. What a spread! There is no elevator but we didn’t mind a bit because of all the other amenities. Stay here!

It's the cutest little Inn and it's in a perfect location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! They put out the cutest spread of cookies, fruits and snacks for afternoon tea and they have a wonderful breakfast with a variety of cut up fresh fruits, eggs, sausage, bacon and do much more! (All included!) Parking is right across the adorable cobblestone street and with the parking app it was only $20 for 24 hours. I will definitely stay here again!
